Welcome to Sixty Forty Ltd. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

A. Services Provided

Sixty Forty Ltd operates an online marketplace that connects Hosts (property owners) with Guests (travelers) seeking accommodations in Ghana. We do not own or manage the properties listed; we act as an intermediary.

B. Payments and Currency

• Pricing: Rates are displayed and payable in United States Dollars (USD) and Ghana Cedis (GHS).
• Exchange Rates: Conversions are based on current market rates at the time of booking.
• Fees: Sixty Forty Ltd may charge service fees to both Hosts and Guests. All fees are disclosed prior to checkout.

C. User Obligations

• Accuracy: Users must provide truthful information during registration.
• Local Laws: Guests and Hosts must comply with the Ghana Tourism Act, 2011 (Act 817) regarding short-term rentals and guest registration.
• Conduct: Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity or damage property.

D. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by the Host but moderated by Sixty Forty Ltd. Refunds will be processed according to the specific policy selected at the time of booking (e.g., Flexible, Moderate, or Strict).

E. Limitation of Liability

Sixty Forty Ltd is not liable for physical injury, property damage, or theft occurring during a stay. Users are encouraged to obtain independent travel and property insurance.
